Returns & Refund Policy

At Kaidan Designs, each item is handcrafted from natural Tasmanian Oak timber. We take pride in creating quality products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or fault
• Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through:

• Replacement parts
• A replacement product
• Repair
• Refund where appropriate

Timber Variations

As our products are made from real Tasmanian Oak, natural variations in grain, colour, knots, and texture are normal and are not considered faults. Every piece is unique.

Shipping Damage

We carefully package all products to minimise the risk of damage during transit. In cases where shipping damage occurs, we may lodge a claim with the freight or postal provider and assist customers through the process.
