As many of our products are handmade to order, processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services, including Australia Post.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

Packaging

For larger or fragile items, additional protective packaging such as bubble wrap, reinforced corners, and oversized boxes may be used.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel if required.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Kaidan Designs is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging materials where possible

We will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the postal or courier service, delivery times are outside our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
