2. Products & Handmade Timber Variations

All products are handcrafted and made from natural timber.

Due to the nature of timber, variations in:

  • Colour
  • Texture
  • Knots and markings

are natural and make each piece unique. These are not considered faults or defects.

Product photos are intended as a guide only and may vary slightly from the final product received.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes shown on our website or sales platform. However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Material availability
  • Custom order requirements
  • Postal or courier delays
  • Peak periods

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside our control once dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

  • Damage caused by improper mounting or wall fixings

Customers should ensure wall-mounted products are securely fixed to suitable wall structures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, customers are entitled to repairs, replacements, or refunds for major failures or faults.
