Have purchased items from Daniel’s store twice now. We’ve purchased two toilet roll holders, a rack we’ve used for our laundry and a towel rack. Exactly as pictured, arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. This was the perfect solution to cover big unsightly holes from the previous hardware installed and it really elevates the ensuite as it matches the Tasmanian oak of the bedroom furniture and the other wood accents in the bathroom. It was the perfect size for my small space. For installation, we wound up removing the towel rail and drilling extra long screws through the existing top bracket screw holes all the way through the back of the shelf into wall studs. This meant the shelf was anchored at four points and was more secure than using just the top two mounting screws. I appreciated the instructions and installation hardware provided, but I do recommend this method for added security. I love my new shelf/towel rail!
Beautiful, well-constructed shelf unit. Dan worked with me to make a custom size for my tiny bathroom wall space, and it fits perfectly! I love the color of the wood, which I chose the ultra-clear finish for. Was worth the wait for shipping all the way from Australia to Boston!

Supplier sent video help on installation, in the end I winged it due to stud locations not matching the mount points. The wife though skeptical of the rails's robustness initially, have not heard a peep out of her since it went up.
